Sheri Moore

Sheri is currently a Managing Director of Executive Education at the Cox School of Business.  In this role, Sheri is a senior-level expert that establishes and grows partnerships with C-suite executives at private and public institutions to address their leadership needs by connecting them with the knowledge, faculty, programs, technology, and pedagogical offerings of the Cox School. Sheri develops and executes the vision for growing the reach and breadth of Cox’s impact through global lifelong learning through building, developing, and maintaining a portfolio of relationships with prominent firms for custom executive education programs.  

She is also the current Director of the SMU Cox HR Roundtable, a group of 50+ companies and their CHRO's. Responsible for interfacing with the Advisory Board and the Academic Director to bring dynamic programming and thought leadership topics to Senior HR leaders.

Sheri began at the Cox School of Business in 2012 as part of the Executive Education team.  Previous roles within Cox have been Director of Business Development, Executive Education; Senior Program Manager, Executive Education and Operations Director for the Business Leadership Institute Center (BLC).

Prior to SMU Cox School of Business, Sheri held Vice President positions with large banking institutions like Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and Deutsche Bank, where she was responsible for growing banking relationships with energy companies in Texas, private banking clients in the Midwest and middle market companies in Florida.
Sheri is a graduate of the SMU Cox School of Business and has served as an executive board member and vice president of finance for a national charity.
