Greer received her MBA in Marketing Management and Sports & Entertainment Management from the University of Dallas. She earned her Bachelors in Accounting from Grambling State University and obtained graduate certificates from Southern Methodist University in Marketing Management, 掌握谈判, and Financial Planning. Very active in the community, Greer commits her time serving as executive board member for various organization like Housing Channel, Child Care Associates, Board Chair of Impact Ventures, and Vice President of National Black Sports Professionals – North Texas.
